The writing on this site is the operator's editorial commentary and personal experience as a multifamily real estate operator and private lender. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice; it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security; and it is not a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.

Any investment relationship you may eventually enter into with the operator will be documented in a separate written offering package, governed by formal subscription documents and applicable exemptions, and limited to investors who meet the eligibility requirements of those documents. Nothing said on this site overrides, modifies, or supplements those documents.

Some content on this site discusses past performance, current operations, or future plans. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Forward-looking statements reflect the operator's view at the time of writing; actual outcomes may differ materially due to economic, market, regulatory, or operational factors that no one fully controls.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bristol County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

The operator may revise these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page will be updated whenever a change is made. Continued use of the site after a change means you have read and accepted the revised terms.
